Fortumax Consulting Services team comprises of individuals with a wealth of experience from diverse industry backgrounds (Banking, Information Technology, Manufacturing, Management Consulting, Market Research, Financial Services) and functions (Software Development, Finance, Production & Operations Management, Maintenance, Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, etc). This breadth of experience helps us appreciate the different industries and functions.

  • Mrs. Sitalaxmi Shrivas is Founder of Fortumax Consulting Services.

    She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources. In addition to this, she has an Honors degree in Pharmacy. She has expertise in Business leadership, Operations management, Claims management and Training with many well-renowned organizations for over 22 years.
    An Innovator and entrepreneur with over 10 years’ experience in business leadership in all aspects of business formation, operations, finance, and management. Effective communicator and motivator who identifies and leverages assets in teammates to reach organizational goals. Relentless optimist who believes there is no failure, only feedback.

She has also been associated with Multinational Pharmaceutical companies, Banking and Insurance heading various departments.

Before the inception of Fortumax Consulting, she has immense experience in leading corporates and varied businesses.


  • Mrs. Kalpana Joshi is Founder of Fortumax Consulting Services.

She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources. She has worked as Recruitment management professional with a well-renowned organization for over 12 years.

Motivated team leader with excellent public speaking ability and oral, written, and interpersonal communication. Initiator and problem-solver using creativity, resourcefulness, and assets to break down and overcome organizational obstacles. Lifelong learner committed to staying on top of the best current and emerging business practices, especially in an international context. Attentive listener who is not afraid to incorporate the opinions of valued team members into policy and planning.

Before the inception of Fortumax Consulting, her last assignment was with a reputed consulting firm in India, focusing specially on Taxation and Finance recruitment.


  • Ms. Sandhya Poojary is working as Senior Manager- Recruitment for Fortumax Consulting Services.
    She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources.
    She has worked as Operational and Commercial Professional with Social and Corporate sector for over 18 years.

Before the joining Fortumax Consulting, her last assignment was with a reputed International NGO as Regional Operations Manager.


  • Ms. Neha Oulkar is working as Manager- Recruitment for Fortumax Consulting Services.
    She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources.
    Contribution of 10 years is in “Talent Acquisition” with exposure to various industries as Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Retail, Medical devices, Healthcare, Personal Care, Family Offices & Private Equity/ Venture Capital, etc., and the role of hiring from Executive to Leadership level across the departments.

On the education background, completed a Diploma in Talent Management from XLRI and have completed my Bachelors in Commerce from Mumbai University.Smart & sharp mind to deal with candidates and get the right fit for an organization.
